Senate Advances Nearly 100 Trump Nominees In Historic Move🔥👇

Senate Republicans have advanced closer to a historic achievement, pushing through nearly 100 nominees put forward by President Donald Trump. A crucial procedural hurdle was cleared with a 53–47 party-line vote, positioning the GOP for a final confirmation vote. This package is expected to bring Trump’s total confirmations to an unprecedented 415 during the first year of his second term. This figure significantly surpasses his own 323 confirmations in his first term and outstrips former President Joe Biden’s 365 confirmations by the same point in his presidency, setting a new benchmark for presidential appointments.

Key nominees included in this extensive list are former Rep. Anthony D’Esposito (R-N.Y.), designated as inspector general at the Department of Labor, and James Murphy and Scott Mayer for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Their appointments follow a Supreme Court decision upholding Trump’s earlier firing of NLRB member Gwynne Wilcox. Notably, billionaire Jared Isaacman was confirmed to lead NASA with broad bipartisan support (67-30), despite a previous nomination in December 2024 being withdrawn earlier this year. Trump re-nominated Isaacman in November, citing his passion for space and astronaut experience. Additionally, Douglas Weaver was confirmed for a position on the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, with the comprehensive list spanning nearly every federal agency.
